Glad to hear something on Edwards--I'm from NC and for the past several days or so, I had no idea where he was campaigning or even if he was campaigning. The media seems to be ignoring Edwards almost completely. The focus is definitely on Kerry, Bush and Cheney, but Edwards has gotten scant attention in comparison.

Well, I think Basie's post illustrates something we shouldn't forget: Many things get covered in various local media that just don't get any oxygen in the national media.

Amen, David. I'm glad to hear Edwards is out there in the Pacific Northwest trying to make a difference. Too bad nobody from outside there is covering it. Lord knows we need to hold onto OR, and I am confident that we will.
