Patent Law Final Today

Posted by DavidNYC

Hence the lack of updates. I could tell you all about the statutory bar of 102(b), but you're going to have to clue me in as to what's going on in the real world.

If you do well go apply at Fish and Richardson P. C.

My brother is a Principle there and it is the best intellectual property firm in the U. S. in my opnion. www.fr.com

Hmmm the real world. After waking up late (up all night partying (aka studying for finals in greenwich village)) I read the washington post and couldn't help but wonder: why is that when democrats need to embrace a senate candidate (menendez) the line forms to run against him, and when a Democrat in a VERY blue state is begging for a primary challenge (Lieberman), no one shows up???

Okay, true... lieberman's war chest and incumbancy are intimidating. But culturally and politically he is super misplaced. Is there no one in his state who could give him a run? We talk so much about winning back red states (don't get me wrong, super important - esp. seeing polling #s in missouri, penn, montana, tennessee) but when very conservative democrats fall further and further out of line with progressive ideals, is it not also effective to bring the democratic party more in line with our values?

Sorry a bit of a rant. Good luck on those finals david. You aren't at NYU law, are you?
