I had to turn it off after two minutes. Pandering jerk. Everything W does is diametrically opposed to the values and hopes that the late Coretta Scott King espoused.

I actually HAD to watch the whole speach so I could work on a report responding to it.

The line I keep hearing in my head is when Bush claimed that we ARE meeting our obligation to provide healthcare for people.

Um

One out of Six middle class families don't have health insurance.

45 Million families lack health insurance and of course the private health care companies are raking in record profits.

So hows that for a disconnect from reality?

Anyway our full report- that's a fact by fact analysis of the plans Bush laid out in the SoU from them perspective of how they'd impact the middle class and aspiring middle class can be read here: http://www.drummajorinstitute.org/library/report.html?ID=26

With these facts in hand you should be ready to debate even your most obstinant co-workers.
