Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA) is privately telling supporters that he intends to run for the U.S. Senate, reports TPM. Sestak would challenge Sen. Arlen Specter (D-PA) in a Democratic primary.
That’s probably why he’s not returning phones calls from DSCC Chairman Robert Menendez (D-NJ).
