After all the things that Huckabee has said about McAuliffe lately i really really wanna win this one now. I want Moran to be the nominee and crush McDonnell. I will be so happy i can not explain it in words. Moran ’09!!!
But I actually think it’s refreshing he’s being honest. Whether earmarks are good is a matter of opinion, but it seems to me that one of the things a congressman is for is to bring back programs/services/goods to his or her district. One man’s pork (say, an arboretum) is another man’s job or pleasure.
One of the things i find most hypocritical about voters (of any party or none at all) is we’re all against pork…unless its porked being served to us. As if our districts are the only ones that matter.
