From the Hill:
Montgomery Mayor Bobby Bright (D) has been on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s (DCCC) Red to Blue list for months, but it appears few people knew that.
The DCCC neglected to announce the addition of Bright to the list, but his name was among the 25 candidates already part of the program when the committee announced its new slate of Red to Blue candidates Wednesday.
Turns out that Bright’s been part of the Red to Blue program since February. Who knew?
For reference, I’ve included the full Red to Blue list below the fold.

Given that he’s running in a R+13 district, I imagine he doesn’t really want to be trumpeting his support from a national Democratic organization. I’m betting this wasn’t an accident.
Why isn’t TX-10 on the Emerging Races list? Larry Joe Doherty is running a great campaign and the polls in TX-10 have been closer than those in TX-7, where Michael Skelly (another great candidate) has plenty of his own money to spend.
New York 26 Jon Powers, though this may just be because of the competetive nature of the primary.
California 26 Russ Warner
Nebraska 2 Jim Esch
Ohio 14 Bill O’Neill
Texas 10 Larry Joe Doherty
there are several more on my watch list as well, but I’m really surprised these guys didn’t make it.
That is an exciting race to watch with an exciting candidate in Bobby Segall’s boy. glad that made the cut
