Democrat Frank Kratovil trailed Andy Harris a mere $50,000 in cash on hand before Harris gave himself a $100,000 loan on June 30 to meet his internal fund raising goals. The final numbers showed that Kratovil raised 350k in the 2Q and Harris raised 430k. I think this race is a real sleeper. I may have to throw a few bucks into this race before long. Any idea if Gilchrest has or is going to endorse Kravitol? That would be a nice boost to his campaign.
