The Senate should refuse to seat Coleman until the absentees are counted.
Franken’s not out yet, but this does suck. All we have now are those challenged ballots that will hopefully be counted.
What they said is that they won’t count them yet but that they expect it to be litigated either way. Better to let the courts decide now…
