A 3-time… 3-time… 3-time loser.
Couldn’t even beat an insanely corrupt Governor.
Is my second favorite Southern Democrat behind only Steve Cohen TN-9 (Memphis), who is currently my favorite Southern politician. It is nice a Kentucky race gives you someone to root for, rather than the better of two undesirables. Or another Mike Weaver.
when you are now openly suggesting that Northup, who rightly won a Republican congressional primary to contest this district in November, drop out 19 days before the election?
Wouldn’t it be better to deal her a devastating 20 point lost 19 days from now and give her an actual reason to skulk off into the night, never to be seen again?
is going to be over after this.
Anne Northup spent her miserable years in the House loyally supporting the reichtwing agenda and the reichtwing leaders. She lost one election and didn’t get the message. Next she ran for a higher office and got what she deserved. Then, so drunk on the Kool Aid that she couldn’t correctly read the political outlook, she turned right around to run again for her old seat. But the voters are not looking for Bushbots any more. They just don’t need her. Like a couple of hundred House Repubs and former House Repubs, she needs to lay off the Kool Aid and let it go. For Tom DeLay, Newt Gingrich, Dennis Hastert, Geo W Bush, with any luck, Mitch McConnell, as well as Anne Northup — it’s over.
