  1. I figured it by how many times a certain seat was mentioned rather than how many times a seat was placed either 1, 2, 3 etc.  If some seats were tied, then I looked to see where they appeared on the list.

In any case, this is what I got as a composite:

    Colorado

    New Hampshire

    Virginia

    Minnesota

    Maine

    Oregon

    Louisiana

    North Carolina

    South Dakota

    Nebraska

    New Mexico

    Kentucky

    Texas

    Oklahoma

    Alaska

    New Jersey

    Alabama

  2. …how about someone do a power ranking, giving 10 points for each #1, 9 points for # 2, so on down to 1 points for #10, and add up the total points? More simply, you could play the game like golf, so the lowest total wins, but that value gets distorted by the fact that everyone's list of 10 has a slightly different set.

  4. That was using the 16 points for first, 15 points for 2nd and so on method.  Obviously all the 0s didn't get any votes anywhere across the board.
