We are proud of Gary Peters here in the 9th…beginning a campaign late in the quarter and raising money during a beautiful Michigan summer is not fun work or easy to do!
make the sweet chart filled with all the competitive races.
$245k.
Congrats to her!
Rumor has it, the NRCC are trying to talk Ramstad out of retiring. That seat is going to be the one of the easiest pick-ups for the Democrats probably. And that district will probably vote Democrat for the president too, it’s been trending pretty quickly that way with it’s state legislature seats.
The district (very suburban, white collar, upper-middle to upper class) has always been strongly Republican until just recently. This is where a very large portion of our state legislature gains have been and we now hold a majority of the seats in this district.
This will still be a fight but we are looking pretty good.
Courtney (D-inc.): $260k in 3Q, apx. $1 million total this cycle, $770k cash on hand
