  1. I think this would really be an improvement for California. The State Legislature is just too small for a state that size.

    One small thing, I think you posted an Assembly map for the Central Valley.

  2. Smaller constituencies equal better representation. I really hope that the idea will come to the ballot at some point, it’s worth consideration.
