Linder’s not raising money ($44K for the whole year). His leadership PAC isn’t, either. He does have a lot of money on hand ($600K), but it just seems weird. I would assume he’d at least raise money for his leadership PAC to build influence.
GA-07 was Georgia’s most Democratic Republican-held congressional district. Obama was held just below 40%. And it’s shifting demographically very quickly.
If I recall correctly, her fundraising goal for the year was $2M. She’s not even a quarter of the way there.
Am I wrong in thinking that’s not great? Especially looking at Jane Norton’s total. He’ll have to do a lot better than that against Sen Bennet. Colorado isn’t as expensive as say NY but he still needs to prove he can stay in the incumbent’s ballpark.
I hope Rob Miller raised at least $2mm.
